I met Dag a few weeks ago and we both decided to have an interview done. He is not yet one of the big names in the little world of SeconLife porn but he has a very high potential. I would not be surprised to see that cute model more often in upcoming pictures and why not movies. In the mean time, follow me, we are going to ask him a few questions to get to know him a bit better.

-“So Dag, you chose to have this interview in this little paradise. What is the name of this place and why did you pick that place in particular?”

Catherine, it’s called Rated XXX , I picked it as it’s incredibly beautiful, as you can see. Also it’s calm and peaceful. I rarely see anybody here. It’s a chill little getaway. I’ve always loved the ocean IRL (In Real Life) and this place almost makes you believe you can feel the breeze and inhale the clean air. Oh and the audio stream is amazing as well, it’s sultry and sexy. This place lives up to its name.

-“And you have the surfer look that goes with it ….. are you a surfer at heart Dag?”

(smiles). I’ve been told I look like a “pretty boy surfer” and ironically I’m not a surfer at all. I don’t even consider myself a ‘pretty boy’. I’m just me.

-“So that look is a pure hazard?”

A friend once called me a “blonde god” and while that’s very generous, I’m far from that Monikr. I’m not sure if my look is a hazard. It’s been a fun one to have, if not a difficult one to have or create.

-“Tell me about your SecondLife… How did it start, what were you doing then? In a way what made you to create your avatar in SecondLife? Did you have an agenda?”

I came to SL after leaving a different platform that was very restrictive. SL was pure freedom in comparison. I made Gidea just to try out SL. I had some friends on this other platform called Myst Online. It was getting shut down, so many of us came here and recreated elements of that world in SL. So I guess I had multiple reasons and SL solved all that for me

-“What was Myst Online? Can you expand a little?”

Myst Online was based off a game made by Cyan, called Myst. It had a few sequels. Riven, Exile and others. It gained quite a following, even became one of the top 20 best Non-Violent games of all times. It was great, low budget puzzle solving game. You just clicked everywhere to move. The graphics were incredibly beautiful. So Myst Online was where all the fans could come together and as a team or a group solve puzzles in beautiful worlds. The story line was fun and exciting, it really drew you in.

-“So what are you doing in SL nowadays? Are you still a puzzle resolver?”

Currently I’m doing a few things. Primarily being a photographer/model and exploring the art of erotic photography. There’s always something fun and sexy going on.

-“How did it start this photography thing?”

For me it began when I found an in-world magazine called Playhouse. I went to the editor, Jazmyn Storm, and asked to do some pics for her. She ran a modelling mag and the ladies were just beautiful. One after another I did some pics and talent scouting for her. Just snowballed from there and began learning various things about WindLights and what good pics looked like compared to what I was taking, (lol).

-“So now you publish your pictures on Flickr… so you use any other support?”

Flickr has been a fun outlet, There’s a great community of folks who want you to succeed with making great pictures. I’m humbled to be a part of it. So the people and friends and the fans even, are the support.

-“Well speaking of that ….. would you please choose in your Flickr your favourite pictures and explain why you think they are the best?”

One of my most fun and inspirational pics is this one. I was inspired from a Youtube video, which is on the post. About breasts, which I’m a huge fan of, I love curves and they’re sort of my Achilles’ heel.

Jewell at Midnight sun, took this one of me for a series she is doing. She did some great work, I’m very grateful to be part of that family now.

I was playing around with coloured WindLights on this one, turned out great and again, shows my love of the bosom, (grins).

My time on Flickr, rolled into being a guest photographer for BritX magazine (now closed).

I tried my hand at recreating erotic b/w art. Very hot, watch yourself! It turned out really well. Not a lot of faves though.. was little disappointed it didn’t get more love.

-“So how would you define your personality Dag? What are your qualities?”

I’d say I’m a loyal sexy goofball. Mostly that orders I find humour in many things. When it comes to my friendships and relationships, loyalty is pretty important. it’s a 2-way street.

-“I see …. Do you have a special someone? That’s definitely something that my female readers would want to know” (giggles)

I do, and she makes me smile and is an amazing woman.

-“Can we know her name or is it a total secret?”

Let’s keep it quiet for now.

-“Oh oh very intriguing… but ok I understand. Let’s come back to your work then. How do you choose your models? How do you select a scene or build a set? What’s the process?”

I’m not systematic or anything, I go with a lot of gut feeling. I like fresh faces. I’m also partial to curves. Not many catch my eye, but when they do, I tend to pay attention. Builds and scenes are organic and always changing, unless I have a series in mind. For example, I’m doing a “princess for a day” series. Complete with tiara and cloak. It’s not yet on my Flickr stream, coming soon.

-“Do you post-process your images after the shootings? If yes what tools do you use?”

I do, but usually very minor alterations, unless I’m trying to convey a feeling, sometimes coloured WindLights can do that long before changing anything in post. Gimp is a favourite tool but there are plenty of online cloud tools that work just as great!

-“I see …. Have you ever participated in any way in a movie?”

Just a few scenes here and there. Nothing that anybody would recognise me in I’m sure. I’d love to try a movie shoot, don’t get me wrong. but it’s lots of clinical directions: stand there, move that, etc.

-“Yes I guess it’s pretty difficult … building the sets for the scenes in particular”

Scene bulding can be tedious yes! Luckily there are folks who love to build and pre-made fab sets are great!

-“Yes right! What are your projects Dag? What do you plan to work in the near future? Maybe you have more longer plans too?”

Currently I’m working on 3 projects at once, WHEW!. One is the Princess build I talked about earlier. The other is a waitress diner scene, where the model is on the menu, (grins). And lastly a Rolling Stone magazine recreation : when Janet Jackson was on the cover, she had a “handbra”, 2 men hands. The pose is essentially that. I’ve done several Black&White erotic art recreations and a few TV shows too.

I’m also currently involved with an in-world magazine called HUSH. It’s an adult only publication that we launched in Dec 2017. HUSH can be found at adult sims, such as Rosewould and Enchanted Keys

-“That will be my last question … a more personal one. Would you share with me and the readers of the blog something secret about you. Something you rarely shared before?”

(Smiles broadly) Well if I did that, wouldn’t be a secret then, lol. I will share this tho.. Its a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I go to ballets and dance shows like Ballet Pixelle and DeBauche. I usually go by myself.

-“Excellent. That will be it Dag. Thank you for your time”

Thank you Catherine for yours, truly appreciate it!
